2. Once we've decided to work together, I’ll ask you to commit to a minimum number of sessions. For real progress, I recommend at least 6 sessions, (though we can start with 4). This gives us time to settle in, build momentum, and see results, most importantly, it's a commitment to yourself, giving yourself the space and time to explore what brought you here and start seeing the benefits of coaching.
3. I offer 121 coaching via Google Meet, WhatsApp, FaceTime or phone. Calls are 1 hour long, happening weekly, or fortnightly. I also offer a check-in between sessions.
